Earlier today, the Law Student Division and the ABA National Conference of Federal Trial Judges held its second webinar in a series on judicial clerkships. This installment was titled “Demystifying Federal Clerkships Part II: Specialty Courts.”
These are opportunities beyond the U.S. District Courts and Courts of Appeals – places such as bankruptcy court, administrative law court, tax court, or the court of international trade. Panelists also spotlighted the ABA’s Judicial Clerkship Program and the ABA Section of Litigation’s Judicial Intern Opportunity Program.
