Deadlines for Negotiation, Arbitration Competitions extended to Sept. 26

In light of the recent hurricanes that have impacted and closed law schools in Texas, Florida, and other locations, the ABA Law Student Division is extending the deadlines to register for its Arbitration and Negotiation competitions to Sept. 26.

Our practical skills competitions provide a means for law students to practice and improve their skills in a realistic setting.

The Negotiation Competition‘s topic is National Security Law.

The Arbitration Competition‘s topic is Intellectual Property and Trade Secrets.

The deadline to enter the National Appellate Advocacy Competition (NAAC) and Client Counseling Competition is Nov. 1.
