ABA unanimously supports 'New Voices' legislation

At its annual meeting in August, the ABA House of Delegates adopted Resolution 119B, which urges legislative bodies and school districts to enact statutes and adopt policies that “rigorously protect the ability of student journalists” to cover meaningful social and political issues without fear of retaliation.
