The ABA Antitrust Law Section is currently soliciting essays on the future of antitrust, privacy or data protection in conjunction with the 2020 Fall Forum.

The ABA Antitrust Law Section invites law students to submit an original article, comment or note on the topic Do Antitrust, Consumer Protection, or Privacy laws need to be modernized for the 21st Century? Two recipients will receive a cash prize of $500 and an invitation to attend the Antitrust Law Section’s Fall Forum conference in Washington, DC.
