Calling all law students and new attorney authors! You are invited to submit your original article, comment or note on data privacy and cybersecurity law to The American Bar Association (“ABA”) Antitrust Law Section’s 2021- 2022 Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Writing Competition for Young Lawyers (the “Contest”).
The Contest is seeking original, un-published submissions from law students or lawyers in their first 5 years of legal practice on the topic of data privacy and cybersecurity law.
Three winners will be selected: each receiving a cash prize. The winning work, along with a biography of the winning student or young lawyer, will be published by the ABA. Additionally, the first-place winner will receive an invitation to the ABA Antitrust Law Section’s 70th Spring Meeting in April 2022.
Each contestant must follow the Official Rules and Additional Rules of the competition detailed herein.
