Want a paid excuse to live in DC? Charter Communications is currently looking for a Legal Intern for its Government Affairs office located in Washington, DC.
Interns will play a key role in conducting research and policy analysis, reporting on telecommunications policy at the FCC and on the Hill, as well as developing and implementing advocacy strategies and campaigns. Interns will also represent Charter in meeting with other industry stakeholders, government officials, and partner organizations.
Candidates must have excellent communication, research, writing, and critical thinking skills. Charter is looking for individuals who have completed their 1L year and an interest in public policy and/or telecommunications.
The program lasts 10 weeks, is paid, but does not provide housing.
